Yesterday Samsung announced launch details for their 3D LED televisions in the United States, but kept quiet on Canadian plans. Today retailer Future Shop has decided to spill the beans in their place, confirming that they will go on sale here in Canada on March 26th. They've already updated their website with full details on the first five models being offered by Samsung, their selection of 3D Active glasses (sold separately), and the 3D Kit that includes a copy of Aliens Vs. Monsters.

Futureshop lists three models from Samsung's 3D LED entry-level C7000 series - a 55" model for $3,699, a 46" model for $2,899, and a 40" model for $2,499.

Samsung's mid-range C8000 models, due for release in April, are also listed - a 55" model for $3999 and a 46" for $3,199.

3D Glasses are sold separately and Samsung offers two styles of their own 3D Active shutter design. Future Shop lists a childrens size at $230 each. Adult sizes are listed at $250 each.

The Samsung 3D Kit, which was discussed as limited time freebie for those who buy a Samsung 3D TV and 3D Blu-ray player together, is listed by Future Shop for $449. It includes two pairs of glasses and a copy of Dreamwork's Aliens Vs. Monsters. As you can see, the glasses included in the kit are of a different style from those sold individually.
